​student​ ​success​ ​activities​ ​to​ ​provide​ ​students​ ​with​ ​required​ ​skills,​ ​hard  and​ ​soft,​ ​as​ ​defined​ ​by​ ​their​ ​program​ ​track.     He/she​ ​coordinates​ ​online​ ​and​ ​offline​ ​training​ ​delivery,​ ​technical​ ​and​ ​non-technical​ ​evaluations,  project​ ​presentations​ ​and​ ​all​ ​related​ ​academic​ ​learning,​ ​with​ ​all​ ​training​ ​program​ ​contributors,  i.e.,​ ​hard​ ​skills​ ​tutors,​ ​hard​ ​and​ ​soft​ ​skills​ ​instructors,​ ​academic​ ​and​ ​enterprise​ ​mentors.  Besides​ ​coordination,​ ​he/she​ ​is​ ​also​ ​responsible​ ​to​ Un  programme Alumni qui vise à accompagner les jeunes dans leur projet professionnel grâce à la mise  en place d'un mentoring personnalisé.      ● Mais tu vas faire quoi au sein de l’association ?     2. ​Accompagner le développement de formations professionnelles    Eloquentia  est  entrain  de  créer une offre de formation professionnelle à destination d’entreprises, d’associations  ou de collectivités locales. Ta mission consistera ainsi à :   Réaliser les démarches administratives permettant de proposer des formations professionnelles,  Participer à la rédaction de supports de formation et du déroulé des formations,  Démarcher des entreprises pour promouvoir nos formations,  Réaliser des supports de communication permettant de présenter ces formations.    2. ​Coordonner le programme Eloquentia Alumni et lien avec le responsable du pôle universités    Le programme Eloquentia Alumni a 2 objectifs :  *  Favoriser  l’accès  à  l’information  en  organisant  des  rencontres  entre  des  jeunes  et  des  professionnels,  par  secteur d’activité.   ● *  Identifier les jeunes qui ont un projet professionnel concret et les accompagner tout au long de cette réalisation  en  leur  proposant  un  “mentor”  chargé  de  transmettre  à  l’étudiant  son  savoir  et  de  l’aider  à  s’intégrer  dans  le  secteur d’activité concerné.     Tes missions seront donc :  D’identifier des professionnels et de les convaincre de devenir mentor,  D’assurer le suivi des binômes jeune/mentor,  D’inviter des professionnels à rencontrer les jeunes et à leur présenter leur profession,  D’évaluer l’impact du programme Alumni,  D’organiser des master-class recrutement au sein des universités.    3. ​Appuyer le manager dans ses démarches de fundraising    Aider à la rédaction de demandes de financement  Réaliser une veille sur les appels à projets    ● Qui es-tu ?     Formation  :  Etudiant  en  master  (BAC  4  ou  5)  Une  formation  en école de commerce ou en économie sociale et  solidaire serait un plus.     Au-delà  d’un  sens  du  relationnel évident, tu sais travailler avec rapidité et autonomie. Tu es rigoureux, sais gérer  ton  temps  et  tu  as  des  qualités  rédactionnelles.  Tu  es  quelqu’un  de  dynamique  qui  incarne  le  projet  et  sait  le  présenter  aux  potentiels  clients.  Enfin,  ton  sens  du  commerce  te  permet  de  développer  de  nouveaux  partenariats tout en respectant l’éthique sociale inhérente à l’association.     ● Où ?  Porte Saint-Cloud    ● Quand ?  Mi-mai , pour une période de 6 à 9 mois.    Rémunération : minimum légal (stage) ou indemnité légale (service civique)    Tu  n’as  pas  peur  des  responsabilités  et  sais  mener  ta  barque  de  A  à  Z ?  Envoie-nous  ton  CV  et  une  lettre  de  motivation à eloquentia-rh@indigo.world avant le 01 mai !
